Return Process

  Log into your Zirozi account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
